Maren Madison Pet Sitter

Meet Maren, Capturer of Photos and the Hearts of Madison Pets!

When Maren is not cuddling with your furry family member, she will likely be found behind her camera!

I’m in charge of: Giver of belly rubs and walking adventures around the neighborhood!

My furry family: None at the moment, but I have dreams of a house full of dogs and cats!

Super power: Hmm… teleportation. That would be awesome! (And save lots of money on plane tickets!)

Best Thing Ever: A lazy Saturday morning with a hot cup of coffee and a good book.

Hidden Talent: Photography…when I’m not walking pups, I can most likely be found exploring the city with my camera.

Life Philosophy: “Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.”

Denver & Boulder Office Dog Jack

Meet Denver & Boulder’s Office Security & Quality Control Dog Officer, Jack!

I’m in charge of: Office Security & Quality Control Officer. Responsibilities include hourly perimeter checks in the office, checking out all smells, auditing treat supply, training sitters on head and butt scratching techniques, and sniffing down visitors.

My furry family: I live with a bunch of girls who drive me crazy! One of my sisters is an Australian Cattle dog mix who’s always stealing my bed and another sister is a fat orange kitty who never wants to play or share food.

Super power: If you could have one super power what would it be? The ability to leap tall buildings (I am a Great Pyrenees after all…).

Best Thing Ever: Snow!! I love everything about the snow-it holds a ton of good smells, it’s delicious and refreshing, it is the best to roll around in, and I blend into it so well!

Hidden Talent: I can’t wait for my solo backpacking trip this summer to the south of France! I’ll start in Pau and make my way to Cauterets in 7 days with hikes exploring exquisite lakes, shepherds’ huts, and rugged glacier-carved scenery. And I’m totally excited for all of the cheese too!!

Life Philosophy: I believe in the power of long, thoughtful walks, the breeze in your fur, and other simple pleasures like rolling in the grass. Life should be full of treats, snuggles, and belly rubs!

Meet Barkley, World Cup “Most Valuable Pup”

Meet our pal, Barkley, the World Cup “Most Valuable Pup”!! We’ve had the pleasure of watching this handsome devil grow up.

Barkley’s most favorite toy is his soccer ball–it’s almost as big as he is! He even head butts the ball like Pelé himself. Barkley makes for an impressive goalie despite his small stature!

Naperville’s Ms. Gretta In Search For Her Forever Human

Meet sweet 8-year-old Gretta who is ready and waiting for her forever home.

She’s a mellow, gentle girl in search of a quiet home where she can spend her golden years. She is very casual around most other dogs and gentle around cats as well.

She likes to spend her afternoons relaxing, but she also enjoys a nice stroll around the block every now and then. After all, she’s still a beagle, and her sniffer is far from being retired!

Find Gretta as well as many other incredible pups for adoption at Naperville Area Humane Society.

Hanging with Tallahassee Cool Cat: Coconut

Coconut is a fun cat and we suspect a Zen master. She has a great life and great parents!

Coconut can also do cat magic—she walks with a light step but can sound like a herd of buffalo thundering down the stairs when she hears us get her Christmas stocking out of the pantry!

Little Coconut is a joyful being: she enjoys life no matter what she is doing, and by the transitive properties of cats made our holidays brighter. She reminded us that life is too short not to enjoy what you are doing!
